That Black Turtleneck

Ok if I had a dime for every time I utter the word Obsess, I’d be a quarter millionaire. With that said, I’ve been obsessed with turtlenecks ever since Jay Ellis graced the Insecure season 2 Finale with his ultimate turtleneck look, which arguably was probably one of the best episodes of Insecure. If you can’t be converted to Team Lawrence after this episode, I don’t know what will.

Anywho, I used to wear turtlenecks knit by my mom when I was a kid and was always annoyed as hell how it irritated my neck, but when you live in a cold ass weather like that (Inner Mongolia,) you gotta do your best to keep yourself alive and warm. Fast forward a decade or two, now I’m happy to see that turtlenecks are back and stronger than ever. So you bet I went and got myself some turtlenecks.
